aesthetic inspiration

When looking into the aesthetics of the product, I really wanted to go with a similar aesthetic to these images below for multiple reasons.

We decided on wood because we wanted the product to give off a sense of warmth and softness. We also wanted the base to grow with the artist by it taking on the personality of the painter, whether that be paint splatters or knock and bruises in the wood.

This kind of aesthetic would also provide some nostalgic emotions to the painters, especially the older target market that we were focusing on. The neutral palate and simple lines and shapes also make this product appealing to the wider community also.
